TREASURE

Based on the experiences of numerous public administration professionals and the need for a comprehensive system to help track their financial status, we have developed the Budgetary & Financial Reconciliation System we call TREASURE.  This is a solution that allows budgetary organizations to solve the problem of trying to maintain an up-to-date and accurate picture of their financial situation in the midst of a myriad of projects.  This problem can be especially acute when the need to reapportion financial resources arises,  and when monies need to be accounted for during financial reviews or year end.

The System

The TREASURE system uses the appropriate rules and structures for management of budget expenditure constrained organizations.  The various data entry and query functions reflect these rules.  The institution level budget, planned allowances, framework programs, and basic data of both the organization and its various departments can all be specified and changed whenever needed.  Any organizational structure can be defined in the TREASURE system, allowing the organizations budget to be distributed among whatever programs and sub-programs needed.
Each organizational unit that is entitled to undertake commitments has its own view of the data for editing purposes. Here it can view current and plan future financial obligations. This makes the system a flexible and comprehensive strategic tool for use at all levels.
The confirmation of coverage, commitments and payment data needed by the administrative process can easily be obtained from the plans.  Using TREASURE's reconciliation module  you can track this information for any department or agency in the system, view the current status of their projects and budgets, and get the big picture.
